1-Bed Flat in Central London (Flat A)

Bar finding the keys and trying to get the lockbox open, excellent for the location and money. Negative: Only bad element given the price of the property- please emphasise in communications where keys are. Highlight that the YOUTUBE video MUST be watched!

Dirty, noisy, smelly, and lacking security Positive: Location was ok Negative: When first came in, the keys were in an open key box exposed to the public in Main Street - Shocking level of security. Then when entered main door the building was a disgrace, extremely dirty with lift that hardly worked and looked dangerous. When we finally got to our room it had a front door that was not secure at all, and the place was a mess. Cleaner then turned up to clean and we left. When we got back the place was still not very clean, with lots of mold and mildew in the shower, which was hardly big enough to use. Toilet too was stained and not very clean. At night we then realized that we were right next to the pub and the noise levels coming thru was extremely loud. On one night there was music and loud noise till 3 in the morning. We could actually hear the conversations, it was that bad. We could not sleep most nights. We then came back to find a dead mouse in the room!!!!! This was an appalling experience, worst we have had. I cannot believe that Bookings.com promotes this place. It is not doing your image any good.
