Great spot - easy to get everywhere by train. Positive: Great location and plenty of living space. Easy access to the building. The beds were great and the interior is nice. Food and shops at your fingertips! Negative: The bathroom was pretty tiny and the flush for the toilet needed a lot of coaxing - I think it needed to be primed? Water pressure was inconsistent - in the shower it was good, other taps were pretty sad. The shower over the bath was pretty small and the shower head didn't fit in the holder very well so we often got water everywhere! The water was really hot too which is great but we had a small child with us so some warning would have been good. There buildings are a little dated and have some quirks - could I suggest you have a guest booklet that explains some of these things so that guests feel informed? All that said it was really great though :)

Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional. Do not stay here! Positive: This property was very easy to access from Kings St. Pancras. There was an instructional video with directions to access the flat. The flat itself is quite large and located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Negative: PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY HOST! Long, but worth reading... I had tried several times to arrange an early check in with no response. Fine. We get to the property at 3pm instead, only to find the keys missing from the lockbox. We waited about 10 minutes outside trying to figure out what to do when the cleaning lady comes out, announces who she is, puts the keys back in the lockbox, and leaves. No apology. Okay fine. It appears clean, so okay whatever. We get settled in, all appears normal. I go to use the toilet. It does not flush. At all. The water pressure is so low, there is not even enough water to make anything go down. Strange. I go to take a shower. Water is nice and hot, whatever. Then, all of a sudden, boom. No water. Just cut off. Thankfully, I had already finished so I give it the benefit of the doubt. Plus I have plans that same afternoon and I cannot spend anymore time dealing with this. We leave the flat, come back go to sleep. The next day however, I get fed up and call the property. I get in touch with Jabed, and tells me to contact his co-host, Abdul. I do and get no response!! Abdul finally shows up after being hounded by Jabed, and tells me I need to repeatedly flush the toilet multiple times to get it to flush?? He said he has been having trouble with the plumbing for DAYS before he rented the flat out. I mentioned the shower issue, he says, okay we will refund you. Call Booking.com and we will pay. I do so and NEITHER I NOR BOOKING.COM CAN GET A RESPONSE FROM HIM. I contact Jabed again, speak to him on the phone and he says give me your Paypal we will work this out. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM! Completely dishonest property. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!! These people are completely unprofessional and are misrepresenting the state of this property. It is unkept and seriously mismanaged. Do better Jabed and Abdul.

Not as advertised and dirty Negative: By the time we arrived after a 10-hour flight, there was still someone in the flat cleaning. She said she was almost done but it took over 2 hours, so we couldn’t settle in right away. I understand things happen, and the host called to apologize and even promised a refund, which I appreciated at the time. However, it’s now September 27th (I stayed September 8th), and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the refund. On top of that, the flat still felt dirty and had an odd smell, and it did not look as advertised. Honesty and reliability are important when running a business, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that. I cannot recommend staying here, choose a place where the host is both transparent and trustworthy.
