Deluxe Double room in Maryland

Negative: We did not have a good experience in this accommodation because the PIN code provided to open the room was incorrect, and we had to contact the property again for information. The room was dirty, there was no hairdryer, and the bathroom light didn’t work. On top of that, on the first day there was no hot water either. A terrible experience.

Reasonable for cost and location Positive: Finishes were to a high standard Negative: There had been trouble at the flat we a party prior to us arriving so it was not clean. The back garden was full of rubbish. Sound insulation between floors meant you could hear every movement upstairs.

Bien Positive: L’emplacement car c’est à côté du métro Negative: La salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyé et à notre arrivée dans le mail de réservation il est indiqué que le nettoyage et inclus dans le séjour sauf que aucun nettoyage a été fait et on a dû racheter du papier toilette du rend notre séjour

Positive: Large room, clean and comfy bed Negative: Foot steps from above floor sounded noisy

It was ok not great Negative: Area not great, noisy, could do with another mirror in the room. Need to be made aware u need to take tea, coffee and milk if u want a drink as nothing is supplied
